Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Preheat skillet on medium with coconut oil
  3. Add mushrooms,zucchini, broccoli, onions, and ground turkey to skillet
  4. Remove once browned and onions are translucent
  5. In a separate bowl whisk together eggs and season with salt and pepper
  6. Take a baking dish add all the cooked vegetables and tomatoes
  7. Pour eggs over the vegetables
  8. Place the baking dish into the oven and cook for 12-14 min
  9. Serve and Enjoy!
