  2. With a food processor grate turnips and parsnips.
  3. Toss in parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Form parsnip mixture into 2 packed patties.
  6. Cook patties until browned on each side, about 10 minutes per side.
