Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Dice onions and set aside
  2. Remove seeds from jalapenos and dice
  3. Over medium-high heat add jalapenos, onions to skillet for about 8-10 min
  4. Add cumin and chili powder and stir for 1 min
  5. Let it cook for about 5-10 min
  6. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in squash and coconut flour and eggs
  7. Add batter ¼ cup at a time to a medium-high skillet
  8. Cook until brown on each side 6-8 min
  9. Enjoy!
