Paleo Roasted Vegetables Recipe

Health experts always advice that we, fellow omnivores and steak-lovers, should go meat-less for at least once a week. It might be a crazy idea, but there is a good logic behind it.  According to recent studies, our herbivorous fellows have lower prevalence of obesity, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and some types of cancer. They also have lower blood pressure and lower cholesterol levels. We may not be able to completely ditch out steaks and roasted chicken, but at least not having them once a week will provide an overall balanced diet.

Whatever day you choose to go vegetarian, make sure you include this Paleo Roasted Vegetables Recipe. Indulge.
