Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare baking sheet by lining it with foil.
  3. Assemble sunflower seeds into baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together oil, paprika, cumin and salt.
  5. Pour oil mixture into sunflower seeds in baking sheet and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden. Let it cool first before serving.

  2. What is the calorie count and nutritional information concerning each of these muffins? With 2 tbsp of almond butter equaling 180 calories, is each muffin in excess of 500 calories? I would like to know before feeding this to my family.
