Paleo Roasted Cauliflower Recipe
People tend to look at cauliflower as the less famous, more inferior sister of broccoli. Sure, broccoli is greener, crunchier, and goes better with beef, but cauliflower is one cruciferous veggie that won’t get left behind. It is teeming with folate, vitamin C, and dietary fiber, but low fat and carbohydrates. It is also known to improve liver functions, burn fat, and cuts the risk of prostate cancer. Unfortunately, boiling makes them lose some of their nutrients, that’s why we present to you this Paleo Roasted Cauliflower Recipe. Enjoy!
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F. Chop up head of cauliflower into preferred sizes.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and make sure the chopped cauliflower is evenly coated with oil and spices.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place cauliflower in baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Stir after 10 minutes and continue baking for 10 minutes more, until cauliflower turns golden brown.
- Serve warm
