  1. Cook bacon until crisp over medium heat in a large skillet. Once finished, remove from skillet. Allow bacon to drain on paper towels. Remove drippings but leave a tablespoon for added taste.
  2. Mix together garlic, coconut oil, salt, pepper and reserved drippings in a large bowl. Toss brussel sprouts and cauliflowers in the mixture. Transfer to two different greased baking pans.
  3. Put to oven for about 15 minutes at 350O F. Bake until vegetables are tender. Spread over bacon strips on top of it. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes longer. Remove from oven.
