- 1 Bunch of Asparagus
- ½ lb Organic Mushrooms
- 2 Springs of Fresh Rosemary
- 2 Teaspoons coconut oil
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Place mushrooms and asparagus into a bowl
- Drizzle coconut oil
- Add garlic and rosemary
- Roast for about 15-20 min (until tender)
