Paleo Mushroom, Leek, and Egg Recipe

But that does not mean you have the right to down any oily, sugary, fatty food in the morning, so you can put down that donut now (also, it’s not Paleo). What you need is a protein-rich, mineral-filled, vitamin fortified option.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line muffin tin.
- In a medium bowl whisk eggs.
- Add meat, leeks, mushrooms, and zucchini.
- Pour mixture in muffin liner
- Bake for 18-20 minutes
