PALEO MEDITERRANEAN TUNA WRAP RECIPE
 
Ingredients
  • 2 ounces canned tuna
  • 1 tablespoon Paleo mayo
  • 4 boston lettuce leaves
  • ⅓ cup chopped and seeded Jalapeno pepper
  • ⅓ teaspoon onion powder
  • ⅓ cup red onion
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup olives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • Paleo Tortilla
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly
  2. Spoon some of this salad mixture into Paleo Tortilla
  3. Add lettuce
  4. Serve and enjoy!
