Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. Break the califlower into small pieces
  3. Roast the cauliflower for 40 min
  4. Once cooled down add cauliflower, garlic, lemon juice into a food processor until smooth
  5. Then add tahini and continue to blend until creamy. (if too thick, add water)
  6. Season with paprika and salt and pepper.
  7. Add olive oil on the top.
  8. Enjoy
