  1. Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  2. Using a food processor blend clinatro, garlic, vinegar and lime juice
  3. Peel the plantains and cut them in slices
  4. Toss the plantains with honey
  5. Fry the pieces until browned and tender
  6. Mash the plantain and top with sauce ( to make creamy add paleo mayo)
