Paleo Braised Pork Tenderloin Recipe

When it comes to pork parts, tenderloin is the king (OK, ribs, you are the runner up). This tender, juicy, and flavorful part comprises the psoas major muscle which runs long the central spine portion, and is being used for posture, as opposed to the very tough shank and shoulder muscles that are being utilized for locomotion.

And it is no wonder that the Southerners, known for their delectable recipes and impeccable cooking ingenuity, always reach for this part when it comes to braising. Try this Paleo Braised Pork Tenderloin Recipe, perfect for those times you are looking for a meaty treat.

  1. Try this with chopped bacon, balsamic vinegear and some toasted almonds to top it off… has been a win for any person who has never liked sprouts and the better the balsamic the better the dish
