PALEO BALSAMIC ROSEMARY CHICKEN RECIPE
 
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 425 Degrees
  2. Combine balsamic vinegar, coconut aminos, rosemary, honey and ½ tsp pepper to a shallow baking dish
  3. Separate the chicken into pieces leaving the skin down
  4. Add the chicken and mix together placing the skin down
  5. Mix the shallots and oil and add to the dish on top of the chicken
  6. Roast the chicken for 30 min
  7. Flip the chicken pieces skin side up and baste
  8. Roast for another 20-25 min
  9. Enjoy!
