PALEO BACON MEATLOAF RECIPE
 
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Using a food processor mix roasted tomatoes, roasted red peppers, garlic, cumin and oregano
  3. Using a large bowl mix the pork, onions, beef, almond flour, eggs and tomatoes together.
  4. Place into a baking pan, salt and pepper to taste
  5. Add bacon to the top and bake for 45 min.
  6. Turn broiler on and broil for 10 min
  7. Place remaining tomatoes in a saucepan and simmer.
  8. Once cooked top with the remaining sauce and Enjoy

  1. Hi there! I’d love to try this recipe but I think it needs a bit of clearing up. The onions listed in the ingredients list are never mentioned in the instructions. Also, I assume, the toasted tomatoes is just a spelling error and means roasted. But the directions don’t specify where to use the tomato sauce…is that considered the ‘remaining’ tomatoes? And in direction #3, is ‘tomatoes’ referring to the mixture from the food processor?
