Paleo Bacon Brussel Sprout Hash Recipe
Despite its great flavor and phenomenal popularity, bacon is getting bad raps these days. Sure, world’s most famous cured meat is quite fatty and dozed with nitrates which means it is almost heart-attack and cancer in food form, but modern researches are saying otherwise. Not only these fats are rich in omega 3 fatty acids, but it is found that nitrates have less than harmful effects on the body (our bodies produce more nitrates than what is found in bacon).
