But trust us when we say this is one of the most delicious breakfasts you will ever eat. Ever. The creamy egg yolk oozing on avocado’s delectable texture just tastes like nothing else.

PALEO AVOCADO EGG RECIPE
 
Ingredients
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 Organic eggs
  • 1 Tbsp chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper to Taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Slice avocado in half
  3. Take out the pit.
  4. Scoop out about 1-2 Tbsp of flesh ( enough for the egg to fit)
  5. Crack an egg into each avocado
  6. Bake for 15-20 min
  7. Remove from oven and season with pepper and chives.

    Im new to this way of eating. so far so good! this recipe, Im assuming 1/2 avocado for one person? so would be 4 servings???

    oh well crap! lol….I ate only ate 1/2 haha….well good to know for next time! very good! I dobbled some fresh salsa on top!!!
