Non Dairy Sources of Calcium



One of the largest misconceptions about the Paleo diet is that you experience a calcium deficiency since dairy products are not permitted. This couldn’t be anymore untrue because there are various ways to get your daily dose of calcium, without having any dairy in your diet. The top 10 ways to get this blast of calcium into your system, without jeopardizing your caveman or cavewoman ways are:
