Foods You Can Make in Foil


There’s this odd misconception that when on the Paleo diet, you have to invest in some expensive kitchen gadgets and technology, and spend a significant amount of time preparing and cooking your meals. This couldn’t be any more untrue. While you may not have microwaveable dinners to pop in the machine for a 5 minute meal prep, you have raw vegetables that just need to be washed and chopped. So, one may even argue that the Paleo diet requires less time spent in the kitchen. These following Paleo meals can be made in foil and thrown on the barbecue or oven, and yes, they are as quick and delicious as they sound.



Jerk Chicken Wings
Just pop these in some foil and enjoy.

Grilled Zuchinni Pasta, Tomato and Goat Cheese
You first need to decide whether you are allowing goat cheese in your diet as some argue that it isn’t Paleo. After that, throw these ingredients together in found and enjoy. The only thing you have to do is cook the pasta before you put it in the packet.

Grilled Coconut-Lime Fish
Throw these tropical ingredient in some foil, fold it to make a package and dine.

Lemon Herb Steak with Asparagus
This meal is a campfire favorite and is full of the All American BBQ ingredients.

Shrimp and Kale Packets with Mango Salsa
These ingredients are healthy and completely Paleo, and take only a couple of minutes to prepare and cook.

Summer Vegetables
If you are looking for one of the healthiest and easiest dinners to enjoy, throw some vegetables in some foil, sprinkle some lemon juice and devour.

Tofu and Eggplant Packets
Again for this one, you will have to decide whether you are allowing tofu to be on your diet as it isn’t Paleo. Then, slice some eggplant and enjoy. This is a favorite for many Paleo vegetarians!

Salmon with Ginger and Soy Sauce
Seafood at its finest! However, choosing the healthiest, fresh salmon can be a little complicated but is definitely worth it!

All you need is peace slices and a little sprinkle of cinnamon. We thoroughly encourage you to get creative because almost everything can be thrown in some foil and cooked on the grill!
