Paleo Chipotle Roasted Carrots Recipe
Everything smoked-dried is just too good to resist; tomatoes, peppers, pork ribs, beef, pastrami, and yes, jalapeño. It is so good, they have to come up with its own name to separate it from the fresh, moist, and boring variety- chipotle. Popular in central and southern Mexico, chipotles brought jalapeños to a new level of taste and fame when Mexican foods became known outside, especially in the United States and Canada. The earthy and spicy flavor it brings to the food is just indispensable, like in this Paleo Chipotle Roasted Carrots Recipe.
