PALEO ROOT VEGETABLES RECIPE
 
Ingredients
  • 2 red onions sliced
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 medium sweet potato chopped into small pieces
  • 3 carrots chopped into small pieces
  • 2 medium parsnip chopped into small pieces
Instructions
  1. Add all of the ingredients to your slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or until vegetables are tender.
